HOW DOES MY MEAT ARRIVE?

Your products should be frozen, partially frozen, or cool to the touch when you open the package. Partially thawed products can be re-frozen. WE STRIVE TO HAVE YOUR PRODUCT ARRIVE FROZEN, BUT THERE ARE INSTANCES BEYOND OUR CONTROL IN TRANSIT THAT MAY PREVENT THIS.

We ship all orders in our custom insulated containers with biodegradable cotton or corn-based liners and dry ice.

Packages may contain partially dissipated dry ice and/or gel packs. This is common in the shipping process. Avoid touching any remaining dry ice with bare skin. You may leave dry ice inside the cooler to evaporate or use gloves to remove and dispose of the ice in a well ventilated outdoor location, safely away from children and pets.
